In STEM 1 this quarter, we will focus on alternative forms of energy starting with solar power. You will be building a solar cooker and then testing its performance. For our world connection, we will look at the country of South Sudan and compare and contrast with the Navajo Nation. Next, we will explore hydroelectric power beginning with water wheels.
