    • A minimum of twenty-two (22) credits in specific coursework is required for graduation along with passing (60+) the National Civics Test

    ARIZONA UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS:

    • Four (4) years of Math: Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Quantitative Reasoning/Pre-Calculus, Calculus
    • Four (4) years of English: College Prep (CP) or Advance Placement (AP) English, Native American Literature
    • Four (4) years of Science: Earth Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Human Anatomy & Physiology (All lab classes)
    • Three and a half (3.5) years of Social Science: U.S History, World History/Geography, Economics (1/2 credit), National, State, Local Government (1/2 credit), Dine Studies (1/2 credit)
    • Two (2) years of Foreign Language: Spanish, French other European or Asian Language
    • One (1) year of Fine Arts or CTE: Art, Music, or CTE

    NOTE: ACT or SAT examination is not required for admission for some state universities in Arizona.  It is highly recommended that students take this examination in the spring of their junior year in order to be best prepared for success in college/university admission process.
