8/29/25 - How to not lose a point (or two... or three)
1 -I expect your heading to be the same as displayed on the White Board in class, in the upper right corner of your paper:
Last name, First name
Date
Class period
Assignment name
2- If your assignment has more than one page, you staple them together.
3- Place your assignments in the correct tray. If you are emailing it to me, have your name and heading on there as well. Have it in your email message too.
4-Your email address should be appropriate. It should have your first and last name in it. If it doesn't, change it.
5- Tear off the frills from the edge of your notebook paper for the hard copies you turn in.
6- If I have you redo an assignment, its not to update your grade to a perfect 'A'. It is to relearn a concept or include something you forgot. If you passed with a decent grade, that is your grade. Improving a grade from 40% to 70% is more important than trying to change from 93% to 100%.
7- Always plug in your laptop.
8- Clean up after yourselves. If not, you'll lose privileges.
